They show up on time, confirm what services are to be completed and price agreed to before starting. They are the only carpet & floor cleaning service I recommend to all my customers in real estate.

Great Service... I have been using Corporate SteamX since they started their business; I was using a national company and switched to Corporate SteamX because of response time, service and personnel. The staff at Corporate SteamX are highly trained and care about their work. I can call their office with any type of emergency or request and get great service any time. I have a large commercial property and I have to say I do not foresee ever having to change carpet cleaning services ever again.

I received a quote over the phone for my home and that's what I paid. No one tried to sell me more or tell me it was more than they quoted me. Facility Manager... I found this company through the phone book last year and have used them ever since then. They madeour facility look better than it ever has before. I don't have to call different places because they do all surfaces of flooring and more. Great company to work with.
